The Baker "Run-in-Oil" windpumps were manufactured by the Heller-Aller Company of Napoleon, Ohio in 1923. They were distributed in South Africa by the Western Transvaal Implement Company of Potchefstroom and The Woolf Engineering Company of Bloemfontein.
