Atlas
The Atlas windpump was manufactured by the U.S Wind Engine and Pump
Company of Batavia, Illinois and was introduced to South Africa in about
1912 and distributed by Wm Spilhaus and Company of Cape Town. The model
B windpump was and open-geared pump running on specially prepared
bearings.
